The place was spacious and had good facilities. the location was good, near transport and easy to reach the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, making for a good stay.

The surroundings were not pleasing, outside the tram station there were some less appealing shops and restaurants. Though the staff and facilities were nice, the nearby areas were not.

Really very convenient location. We would return there. It was in general a comfortable experience

- Path from reception to hotel rooms, extremely slippery when wet, while signed it was still not safe. - rusty metal soap rack holder in the ensuite shower, - no soap holder in the shower - towel racks not wide enough to hang a towel to dry - lack of shelving in the ensuite to store toiletries for two people (the room we hired slept 4) - cigarette butts on the grassed area in front of the sliding doors weren't cleaned up before our stay and the area was pointed out as a good place for children, so it wasn't good for kids

The service here is top-notch, and the surroundings are just great. You won't be let down by the Flemington district, that's for sure! 🌟

We paid $400 for a 3bedroom apartment for 1 night. The airconditioning/heating didn't work. Weren't told this until we couldn't find the remote and had to ring reception and were then told. Had small heaters to put into the kids rooms. I thought that was dangerous as the heaters were right next to the beds.We could also hear every word the people in the next room said. They were drunk and banging into the walls and swearing . We rang reception about 1.30am. The noise went on for about another hour and a half. Would not stay in this motel again and wouldn.'t recommend it to anyone else.

Great facilities and amazing value for money. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for our needs, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to assist with any queries we had. We particularly enjoyed the free parking and fully fitted kitchen in the room.

There were some minor issues with the room, such as stained carpets and broken cupboards, but the reception staff were quick to address them. The pool was quite dirty when we arrived, but we were able to clean it ourselves and enjoy a refreshing swim.

Locality and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious and comfortable without being luxurious. Easy access to city via public transport. If you are a fan of horse racing, the location is next to Flemington racecourse. Some rooms have views over the racecourse. Recommended

Great location, easy to find and fairly central to lots of activities.

Our booking had been lost on the computer due to an upgrade and we were told that we had accom for 2 out of 3 nights. They ended up finding an2br apt for 3days instead so we didn't have to move at all.The vending machine took our money and we didn't what we picked. but the quest isn't responsible for them. Other than that the staff were most helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the Flemington area was perfect, away from the busy city center but still easily accessible. The staff at reception desk were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch personal service. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The outdoor dining area was lovely, and I enjoyed taking advantage of the leisure swimming pool. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to others. The location, service, and room amenities were fantastic.

We like the facy that you can use the kitchen facilities ( if you wish to - we didn't as we didn't have time!). The King sized beds were just great - and the fact that you could open the window in the bedroom for fresh air is a no. 1 must for us! Also so close to the racecourse was a plus for us.

$15 Cab ride to and from the City - good for a girls night out! But beaware the breakfast that they mention is the small individual box of Corn flakes and UHT milk.

Recieved 2 room passes on check in, went out at night and the room pass that we took did not work, had to wait outside in the cold & Rain for 1.5 hours until more friends came home with other pass to let us in. Told them on check out - all we got was "sorry, thanks, bye".Not good enough.

The hotel had spacious and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, and a nice pool area. The location was convenient for transportation with easy access to a tram line and taxi service. It was also close to the Flemington racecourse and had open air parking suitable for high vehicles. The staff provided excellent customer service.

It was all superb.

everything, have stayed there before and always have been comfortable and relaxed, and are allowed to take our much loved puppy.
